FAIRVIEW JAKKALSFONTEIN SHIRAZ 2003
The wine is made from old and non-irrigated vines and produces very small cluster of grapes of very high quality. It was aged for 16 months in French oak barrels. Brick red in color with compex aromas of ripe red fruit, where oak and spices add great complexity. The wine is very structured, dense, refined , robust with great power and weight and excellent concentration of fruit and rounded off with spicy tannins on the palate that beg your palate for more.
