If you had to have this wine at a blind tasting, you would honestly think that it was from Burgundy – the similarities are startling!
This elegant Pinot Noir is raspberry red in color and you can tell that it underwent a very delicate and careful extraction. The nose displays aromas of rose petals, strawberries, cranberries and wild cherries with earthy notes. The palate is soft and elegant with round tannins and touches of spice on the finish. It is well balanced with good acidity and alcohol and is definitely a red wine for the summer. Enjoy!
